Omnibrain Enterprise

Plan the whole company's engineering work. Govern how it gets built.

Everything in Business, plus on-premise deployment, strategic goal planning, PR-to-goal tracking, and engineer performance analytics. You stay in control of your infrastructure, your data, and your LLMs.

Turn quarterly goals into tracked engineering work

The gap between "what leadership wants" and "what engineering ships" is a planning problem. Strategic Planning closes it automatically.

How it works

  1. Define goals. "Migrate payment system to Stripe Connect" or "Reduce API latency to <100ms." By hand, or in conversation with the planning agent.
  2. Scope the repos. The agent reads your architecture and pulls relevant code mid-conversation before it proposes anything.
  3. Generate the tree. Each goal breaks into concrete, repo-aware tasks with estimates grounded in the code.
  4. Track automatically. As PRs merge, Omnibrain maps code changes to goals and tasks. No manual tagging.

Every PR automatically connected to the plan

When code merges to a tracked repository, Omnibrain reads the changes, writes a summary, and matches it against active goals, tasks, and issues. Developers never tag or label anything.

How it works

  1. Finds the author and maps them to a person on your team
  2. Summarizes the code changes with an LLM
  3. Matches against active goals, tasks, and issues in the affected repos
  4. Records a contribution link with a confidence score
  5. Buckets the PR: planned work, issue work, or unplanned
PR Analysis
PR #847 merged to main
Author: sarah@company.com → Sarah Chen
Repo: payment-service
Branch: feature/connect-migration
─────────────────────────────────────────
Summary:
Replaced direct Stripe.paymentIntents.create() with Connect-
routed payment intents using on_behalf_of parameter. Updated
PaymentProvider interface to accept connected_account_id.
─────────────────────────────────────────
Matched:
GOAL Migrate payments to Stripe Connect
confidence 0.91
TASK Route intents through connected accounts
confidence 0.87
─────────────────────────────────────────
Bucket: planned work · counts toward strategic alignment
→ Automatic: no developer action required
→ Cross-repo: tracks changes across every repository in scope
→ Disputable: the PR author or the goal owner can override any match
→ Flags unmatched authors for manual mapping

Factual, code-based engineering visibility

Not a surveillance tool. Not tracking hours or keystrokes. A factual record of what shipped, computed from merged code.

For managers running teams

See what each engineer is working on, which goals they're advancing, and where effort is concentrated or missing.

For directors planning capacity

See which teams carry which goals, where bottlenecks form, and where to put people next quarter.

For VPs reporting to the board

Answer "what did engineering deliver this quarter?" with data tied directly to the goals you set, not a slide deck stitched together from Jira queries.

Per-engineer performance in Omnibrain: 90.4% estimate accuracy, 82.6% strategic alignment, 13 tasks completed and 46 pull requests, with a contribution heatmap, goal-alignment breakdown and repository split.

Your infrastructure. Your rules.

On-premise / VPC

Omnibrain runs entirely inside your network. Docker, Kubernetes, or bare metal. Nothing phones home. Nothing leaves your perimeter.

Air-gapped

Offline license keys. No external API calls. Suitable for defense, financial, and healthcare environments.

mTLS everywhere

Mutual TLS between every internal service. Certificate pinning. Zero trust architecture from the ground up.

Your LLMs

Run GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or your own fine-tuned models. We can host them on a dedicated bare-metal section of a Qardel datacenter that only you use. On-premise deployment is available for air-gapped environments.

SSO + RBAC

SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP. Map your org groups to Omnibrain permissions. Engineers see their repos. Managers see their teams.

Audit trail

We log, timestamp, and sign every context query, chat message, and review. Export the record for compliance at any time.

If you want help with the rollout, our consulting team deploys Omnibrain, integrates your stack, and builds alongside your engineers. That is 40 senior and lead engineers, including 5 architects, working on private LLMs we pay for. Your code never touches a public AI API.
